Guidelines and professional standards for photographers providing services through the Mifuto platform.

These policies outline the important rules, responsibilities, and service standards that all photographers must follow while working with Mifuto. They ensure a professional experience for customers, consistent service quality, and smooth coordination during every event. All photographers on the Mifuto platform are expected to follow these policies to maintain reliability, professionalism, and trust with customers.

Important Policies

Professional Conduct

All photographers representing Mifuto must maintain professional behavior and respectful communication with customers at all times. Photographers should arrive on time, dress appropriately for the event, and create a comfortable environment for customers and guests while capturing the event.

Equipment Responsibility

Photographers are responsible for bringing all necessary equipment in proper working condition, including cameras, lenses, memory cards, batteries, and backup storage. It is the photographer’s responsibility to ensure that no important moment is missed due to equipment issues.

Service Start & OTP Verification

Photography service must only begin after OTP verification is completed on the Mifuto platform. This confirms the official start of the service and activates the service timer, ensuring transparency for both the customer and the photographer.

Media Upload & Delivery

After completing the event coverage, photographers must upload all captured photos and video clips to the Mifuto platform as soon as possible within 3 hours before. Photographers should ensure that all files are properly uploaded and verified before marking the service as completed.

Privacy & Media Usage

Photographers must respect customer privacy and media ownership. Images or videos captured through Mifuto services must not be used for personal portfolios, social media, or promotional purposes without explicit permission from both the customer and the Mifuto platform.

Official Uniform Policy

Mifuto photographers are expected to maintain a professional appearance while providing services. Official Mifuto-branded outfits will be provided to photographers, and wearing the official uniform during service is encouraged to maintain a consistent and professional identity. Photographers who regularly complete bookings and maintain good service performance will become eligible for additional attractive outfits and accessories provided by Mifuto. This helps represent the platform professionally and builds customer trust during events.

Service Cancellation Policy

Once a photographer accepts a booking, the service cannot be cancelled freely. The cancel option will only become available under specific conditions to ensure fairness for both customers and photographers.
Example Scenario:
If a service is scheduled for 7:30 PM, the photographer is expected to arrive at the location at least 10–15 minutes earlier (around 7:15 PM). If the photographer arrives and the customer does not respond to calls or messages, the photographer must wait for a reasonable time. If the customer still does not respond until around 7:40 PM, the Cancel Service option will automatically appear in the photographer dashboard. At that point, the photographer may cancel the service from their side.
Before this time, the cancel option will not be available, and photographers cannot cancel the booking. Therefore, photographers are strongly advised to carefully review the booking details before accepting the service to avoid inconvenience for customers and the platform.

Platform Commission Policy

Photographers working through the Mifuto platform will receive approximately 50%–65% of the service amount depending on the service type and platform commission structure. Once the photographer successfully completes the service and uploads all required media, the eligible payment will be processed by Mifuto. The payment will be credited to the photographer’s registered account within approximately 3–4 days after service completion, ensuring timely and transparent payouts.

Account Suspension Policy

Mifuto maintains strict standards to protect customer trust and service quality. Customers have the right to report any issues or concerns related to a service through the platform. If a complaint is received and the report is verified with clear and transparent evidence of inappropriate behavior, misconduct, or unprofessional actions from the photographer, Mifuto reserves the right to immediately deactivate the photographer’s account. Accounts suspended due to serious policy violations may not be eligible for reactivation, as maintaining customer safety and platform integrity is a top priority for Mifuto.

Mifuto provides dedicated support to photographers to ensure smooth coordination during services. Photographers can contact the Mifuto support team for any assistance related to bookings, service issues, or platform guidance. Support is available daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and photographers may reach out through phone or WhatsApp for quick help during their service period.
