If a service is scheduled for 7:30 PM, the photographer is expected to arrive at the location at least 10–15 minutes earlier (around 7:15 PM). If the photographer arrives and the customer does not respond to calls or messages, the photographer must wait for a reasonable time. If the customer still does not respond until around 7:40 PM, the Cancel Service option will automatically appear in the photographer dashboard. At that point, the photographer may cancel the service from their side.
Before this time, the cancel option will not be available, and photographers cannot cancel the booking. Therefore, photographers are strongly advised to carefully review the booking details before accepting the service to avoid inconvenience for customers and the platform.
